  • Why should I choose a climate control unit?

    Climate control units are kept at a temperature between 58 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity level is kept under 60%. All climate controlled units are in separate buildings with security doors and security cameras.

  • What items should be stored in climate control units?

    Electronics, wooden furniture, musical instruments, leather furniture, household appliances, clothing, artwork, special collections, photos, and business documents.

  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in any time – the facility is accessible 24 hours/day.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. Please notify the office in advance when moving and when unit is empty. Also, remove your lock when vacating and leave nothing behind in unit or on premises. Please time move out to your benefit, we do not prorate rent upon move out.

  • Why am I still being charged for a unit that I moved out of?

    If you leave your lock on your unit, your unit is still occupied and rent will be charged. In addition, if you leave any items or trash behind, your rent will still be charged.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, you do not need to sign a long-term lease. We rent on a month-to-month basis. We will prorate you for the first month and then go monthly after that starting on the first.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person at the office during office hours or at the kiosk onsite 24 hours/day, mail a check or money order, or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit/debit card monthly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.

  • Do you sell locks?

    Yes. We sell locks at our office during business hours or from the kiosk 24 hours/day.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our size guide or our space estimator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Explosives or highly flammable materials or goods, any goods carrying obnoxious odors, corrosive, contaminant or pollutant materials, and perishable items. Furthermore, the storage unit shall not be used for human or animal occupancy. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me into the facility?

    No. All our units are accessible 24 hours/day. For climate controlled units, you will be given a door code that will enable you to enter the climate controlled building your unit is located in.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
